Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Oversized furniture ships by freight carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment.
When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Parcel deliveries typically arrive within 2–8 business days after shipping; freight deliveries are scheduled with you by the carrier. How are large furniture items delivered?
Large items such as sofas and patio sets are delivered by freight carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment — the carrier contacts you to arrange a time when you're available.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also get the latest status anytime by contacting our support team with your order number: info@nikkicasa.com or +1 (818) 213-6772 (phone or WhatsApp).
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Our free-shipping offer applies to orders in the contiguous U.S.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Returns must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags and hardware included. Before shipping anything back, contact us at info@nikkicasa.com or WhatsApp +1 (818) 213-6772 to receive an RMA number.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery and include photos — that's what lets us resolve it at no cost to you.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes: mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons) unless defective; items that have been assembled, used, or worn; and custom or special-order pieces.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or damaged, we pay return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping; for large items we can arrange a freight pickup and deduct the cost from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing through Affirm is available at checkout via Shop Pay Installments, with 0 down available for qualified buyers. Eligibility, terms, and any required down payment are determined by Affirm at checkout.
