Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and hardware included.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before shipping anything back: WhatsApp +1 (818) 213-6772 or info@nikkicasa.com. We will issue an RMA number and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: NIKKI CASA covers return shipping and sends a replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping. For large items we can arrange freight pickup — cost deducted from refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mattresses and bedding (hygiene), unless defective
  • Assembled, used, or worn items
  • Custom or special-order pieces

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we resolve at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
